I had an EFT tapping session with Rachna AMIN just after the pandemic. I had been experiencing strong cravings for sugar and was seeking some assistance with this issue. Rachna immediately made me feel at ease and helped me recognize the source of my cravings. This provided me with a new perspective as I had assumed that my cravings were due to a lack of self-control, stress, and exhaustion. Rachna then guided me through a tapping and affirmation program that left me feeling peaceful and content. After the session, I felt centered and more aware of my sugar cravings. I have a spider phobia, and my mother suggested that I try tapping to overcome it. I did not know what tapping was, so with an open mind and more for my mother’s sake, I agreed to give it a try.
Ms. AMIN introduced me to tapping while she was visiting London at that time. She explained tapping in a very gentle manner and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I found the first session to be very relaxing. What was most incredible was learning since when and why I had developed this phobia and how slowly I could overcome any feelings of fear and discomfort even with the thought of a spider. The first session definitely helped me, but I will need a few more sessions to completely overcome my phobia.
